SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Making Mothers Day Special

Happy Mothering Sunday to all the mums out there, you do an amazing job and deserve far more than a single day of celebration. Many restaurants are offering tasty looking set menus, with the Minerva hosting an afternoon tea and the Bosham Inn offering some fine sounding cuisine.

However, there are two slightly differing events that stand out on this mothers day. One being a trampolining 2 for 1 offer that Flip Out Chichester are hosting, win a hamper and enjoy bonus treats.

For those looking for something more on the wild side, the Chantry are hosting a special bottomless brunch - on a Sunday I would say this is pretty risky, so me personally would be opting for the former.

LIVE MUSIC
Funk with a side of Rock

Saturday night welcomes some Full-bodied funk to the Graylingwell Chapel. ‘Catch Beatroot here before they hit the festival stages at Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Victorious, and more. Don't miss this rare chance to experience the infectious energy of Beatroot in the intimate setting of a local venue!’ More info and tickets can be found here.

Next week a new genre of music shall be introduced, lunchtime classical music in the Cathedral. Stay tuned for that.

ONE FOR THE GIRLS
Fizz & Feminism

International Women’s Day takes place on the 8th of March. I wish all of you amazing women who read the Chi Weekly a wonderful day. The Festival Theatre have curated a jam-packed day full of talks and interactive spaces.

SOMETHING SOCIAL
Monday Night Mayhem

Starting the week off strong to many is not hitting that snooze alarm for the third time, for some it’s getting to the gym before a hectic work day. But for others it’s a pub quiz followed by karaoke. Chichester on a Monday night hosts a wide range of social activities. Win some prizes, do your best Freddie Mercury rendition. Get involved.
